Each Monday students will be tested on spelling and vocabulary. Words will be discussed daily, however students will be responsible for studying and preparing for their assessment at home. Words will be copied in the planner each Monday and students will have 1 week before taking a test.
Vocabulary is extremely important for reading comprehension and fluency. The weekly vocabulary is purposeful and necessary for our student's success.
